Intro to Ashtanga level 2 is perfect for you if you want to practice half primary series from Ashtanga Yoga. In this class we can see postures with modifications in case someone needs them, in order to make practice suitable for everyone!
We’ll have led class on Monday and Mysore Class on Thursday so students will build a more sustainable practice working more deeply on their postures going at their own pace, and focusing on their breath syncing with the movement.
Don’t be afraid to join, anyone can practice!
