Are you interested in yoga but having difficulty getting started or fitting it into your day? This two-month series of classes will help you past those obstacles by teaching you simple, action-oriented practices and plans for incorporating holistic practices into your life. From five-minute meditations to 30-minute yoga posture routines, short readings, and simple breathing practices, over two months you’ll learn all the basics you need to build a lasting yoga and meditation habit.
After each class we will send a link to the its recording to everyone who signs up for the class even if the cannot attend.
