This intro class is perfect for anyone who wants to start practicing Ashtanga Yoga in a small class environment. We still haven’t found a super-easy way to describe precisely what Ashtanga Yoga is, but the closest we have come is this: it is an active practice, meant to be done regularly, that will strengthen the body, mind, and spirit. This class is meant for folks who are brand new to the practice of Ashtanga Yoga, or perhaps have never done yoga at all. Check it out!
This class is taught in person at BSGT by Juquille Johnston. It is a one hour long class, a basic level class that will also include small amounts of yoga philosophy.
