This class is for if you have been doing the Primary Series for a while and are looking to explore the first half of the Intermediate Series. The Intermediate asanas begin to work on more back-bending and strength-oriented postures. We practice up until the half-way point of the sequence, to an asana called Bharadvajasana.
You may also come to this class if you are practicing Primary (any amount of it) and can stop either before Intermediate or whenever you are ready to stop.
This class is about 90 minutes long.
