One Sunday each month we will have a one-hour lecture and Q&A following the morning-led class. On this day, we will not have the Level 2 Yoga Sangraha class. Please feel free to send in suggested topics, questions that you have, or things that you’d like to have discussed. This is free for all monthly members of Ashtanga Yoga New York (any type of membership) and temple-supporting members and is $20 for all who would like to just drop in for the talk.
